This position is based in our West Des Moines location. Previous transcription experience preferred.

Experienced COA's, COT's or COMT's

This position will work 2-3 days a week, varied days. Ideal candidates will have the ability to flex up in hours during peak periods. Responsibilities include greeting patients, answering phones, and scheduling appointments. Candidates must be patient service oriented, possess great communication skills, have attention to detail, and be a team player. Previous medical office experience a plus.

Responsible for educating patients on lens and frame options, dispensing and repairing eyewear, cleanliness of frames and frame displays along with ordering and dispensing contact lenses.

Requirements include excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Experience preffered, but willing to train. This position is based in Ames, some day time travel is required.

This part time position will work Monday through Friday from 9:00am - 3:00pm in our West Des Moines office. Resposibilities include preparing charts for upcoming appointments and working with multiple team members in a fast pace medical clinic.
