LASIK — Schedule an Evaluation

Possible candidates for laser vision correction will need an evaluation, which includes a comprehensive medical eye examination to help determine which procedure is right for you. This examination measures your refractive error, corneal thickness and pupil size. It also includes a computer topographic analysis of your cornea and screens for preexisting conditions such as glaucoma or retina diseases. After testing, you will have an in-depth one-on-one consultation with the refractive surgeon to discuss your options and answer any questions you might have.

Please note that the LASIK evaluation exam takes approximately 2 ½ hours. Due to dilation, your vision will be blurry and somewhat impaired for up to 24 hours. You will need a driver following the exam.
