Welcome George B. Clavenna!

We are pleased to announce that George Clavenna, D.O. has joined Wolfe Eye Clinic and will be seeing general ophthalmology patients in our West Des Moines office.

Dr. Clavenna has been recognized as a national leader in the American Association of Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine and has spent the last 32 years at Des Moines University seeing patients for External/Corneal disease, Glaucoma, Diabetes, Oculoplastics, and Cataracts.

Dr. Clavenna enjoys providing comprehensive eye care to his patients and the favorite part of being an ophthalmologist is improving the quality of peoples’ lives. He is looking forward to continuing his practice with Wolfe Eye Clinic and welcoming new patients. In his free time, he enjoys being a grandparent, gardening, and photography.
