Daniel E. Draayer, O.D. earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry and is committed to thorough, patient-centered care with an emphasis on prevention, early detection, and clear patient education. He brings more than three decades of clinical experience to Wolfe Eye Clinic. Dr. Draayer sees patients in our Marshalltown and West Des Moines clinics.
Dr. Draayer provides comprehensive eye care including contact lens fittings, ocular disease management, dry eye care, pediatric vision services (ages 4+), cataract management and LASIK co-management.
Outside of clinic, Dr. Draayer enjoys spending time with his family—especially his four grandchildren—as well as working in the yard, following sports, and staying active. He is involved in his church, where he has led a men’s Bible study for more than 10 years and sings on the worship team.
